I am Frances, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant registered with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). I have a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong and a Master's Degree in Finance and Financial Laws from the University of London (SOAS). Prior to moving to Toronto, I had been providing legal advices in Hong Kong for over 12 years, working as a solicitor in the private legal industry as well as an in-house legal counsel in a multinational engineering company and in institutional setting.

With the desire to utilize my expertise and continue to provide trustworthy consulting advices, I pursued a Certificate in Immigration from the University of British Columbia (UBC). My goal of establishing SHC Immigration Consultancy Services is to provide practical and effective solutions to my clients’ immigration issues. Establishing a new home in Canada is a goal for many people and I can help my clients move closer to their goals. While the related immigration process could be lengthy and complex, my strengths as developed throughout the years of my legal practice – being highly efficient with accuracy and precision, as well as the ability to understand, evaluate and analyze the needs of my clients and the underlying issues, will ensure my clients receive professional advice and be hassle-free throughout the immigration process.
